RxPolicy was founded by Natalia Mazina, a pharmacy attorney. Over years of working almost exclusively with pharmacies, she has identified the most problematic areas of compliance and created policies to help train pharmacy staff on these vulnerable issues. She also noticed that many of her clients overpaid for their compliance policies or purchased generic versions that were simply not enough. All our policies come with a 15-minute consultation with Natalia Mazina. You can discuss with her how a specific policy applies to your business, how to train staff, or what’s the best way to customize it.
We offer separate policies (one-time purchases) along with an annual subscription (to take the headache out of updating your manual annually). We keep track of all relevant regulations and add them to the manual every year.
Our staff is very accessible, entrepreneurial, and strong advocates of the pharmacy profession. We stand behind the industry assisting pharmacies in various legal aspects from PBM audits to criminal investigations.

How does it work?
1. Select a policy or the annual subscription.
2. Pay and download a Word version of it. You can customize it according to your specific needs.
3. (Optional) Choose time for a complimentary consultation to discuss customization, training, or additional policies.
4. (Optional) Discuss your business with our pharmacy attorney and determine if you need any additional policies or customization. If you purchase an annual subscription, all policies are included in the price and any additions or customization will be sent to you free-of-charge.
